KM Transportation – Swedesboro, NJ

The Project:
Tenant fit out for the new world headquarters of a leading refrigerated logistics company. Project consists of both new office fit out and construction of a 12,000 sf truck maintenance building by Butler Mfg. Project features include radiant floor heating, 2 story vestibule, and high end finishes.

The Challenge:
This project required coordination between several prime contractors. Active Construction Group worked along side several owner enlisted prime contactors to ensure a successful project completion and occupancy.
