The Project:
Renovation of an existing bar & grill in conjunction with owner’s concept and name change. Interior and exterior renovations including new roofing, EIFS, windows, finishes and electrical systems and fixtures.

The Challenge:
Active Construction Group worked closely with management to keep the bar portion of the building open until we completed some of the project, in return this kept the business going until we absolutely needed to close for the remaining work.
