The Project:
New construction of 77,000 square foot community development center. This project was constructed in 2 phases and houses a banquet hall, classrooms, fitness center, indoor pool, and tennis courts.

The Challenge:
Building this project in two phases required extensive planning to ensure civil, structural and utility requirements would not be an obstacle for the second phase.
